Teresa Morfinou is specialized in Yachting and Real Estate Law – working with clients based in Greece and abroad.
She has gained rich experience in every aspect of yachting during and after a yacht purchase (or sale), such as control of titles, consulting on ownership structuring and chartering of yachts (within EU waters), yacht registrations (globally) and tax planning.
She has also taken on – judicially and extrajudicially – numerous cases such as crew, insurance, chartering, berthing and brokerage cases.
Teresa has also completed successfully several real estate sales and purchases and participated as legal advisor in big real estate projects (hotels e.t.c.).
